Founder Debbie Perlman

Glenview Visions combines creative and tactical intelligence to focus on the synergy between product and numbers. Forwarding the creative director's dream behind the brand into a successful business model with use of story telling and financial benchmarks.

Glenview Visions Consulting founder Debbie Perlman began her career at Federated Department Stores. After transitioning paths from retail to wholesale she rose to the role of Brand President working for leading fashion brands and companies including BCBGMAXAZRIA, Herve Leger, Elie Tahari LTD. Global Brands Group, Haute Hippie, Calvin Klein, Kenneth Cole, and Tommy Hilfiger. Adapting to fill an evident niche, Debbie founded Glenview Visions Consulting to support companies in need of robust and agile senior business leadership.

While building success within the fashion industry in New York City, Debbie discovered another passion – stand up comedy. Contiguous with managing mega brands, Debbie advanced in her career as a Comedian. She honed her craft on the stages of New York City comedy clubs and was featured in national commercials, voiceovers, Comedy Central appearances and was the warm up comic for a nationally syndicated television show. After taking time to tour nationally Debbie was unable to stay away from her first love, the fashion industry.

Glenview Visions Consulting combines the essential business needs of identifying open white space, driving sales, merchandising, financial planning, P&L management, process development, team building and strategic execution with a comic's skill of story-telling, out of the box thinking and brand positioning. The merge of these competencies is at the core of Glenview Visions' unique business approach.
